About Flight School
Flight School provides men with a safe, structured environment for lasting recovery through accountability, peer support, spiritual growth, life skills development, and personal responsibility. We emphasize that recovery is a process, change requires commitment, men are capable of transformation, and community and accountability are essential.

Program Support Services
Safe Residential Housing
Our residents live in a safe, structured, and supportive environment designed to promote healing, accountability, and long-term recovery. As an OKARR Level II Accredited Recovery Residence, we meet nationally recognized standards for quality, safety, ethics, and recovery support. Every aspect of our home is intentionally designed to provide stability, foster personal growth, and create a strong foundation for lasting recovery.
Food & Basic Needs
Lasting recovery begins with stability. We ensure every resident has access to safe housing, nutritious food, essential clothing, hygiene items, and reliable transportation throughout their time in the program. By also helping address legal obligations such as court fines and fees, we strive to remove barriers that stand in the way of lasting recovery, employment, and independent living.
Transportation Assistance
Reliable transportation is essential for rebuilding a successful life. We provide transportation to work, recovery meetings, medical appointments, court appearances, and other program-related needs while residents work toward greater independence. Our goal is for every resident to regain their driver's license before graduation, removing another barrier to employment, stability, and long-term success.
Peer Recovery Support
Recovery is stronger when no one has to walk the journey alone. Our residents receive daily encouragement, guidance, and accountability from Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialists and mentors who have experienced addiction and understand the challenges of recovery firsthand. Through authentic relationships and shared lived experience, we help each resident build hope, overcome obstacles, and develop the confidence needed for lasting recovery.
Recovery Coaching
Recovery doesn't end with sobriety—it requires intentional growth. Our recovery coaching provides residents with individualized support, helping them set goals, navigate challenges, strengthen healthy habits, and remain accountable throughout their recovery journey. By walking alongside each resident, we help transform hope into lasting change.
Employment Assistance
We prepare every resident for long-term success through career readiness training, including resume building, interview preparation, job search assistance, and workplace skills. After six months in the program, eligible residents can attend Northeast Tech tuition-free to earn certifications in high-demand careers such as Welding, Electrical, CDL, CNC Machining, and many other vocational programs.
Life Skills Education
Life skills are not just taught—they are lived every day. Through the structure and routine of our residential program, residents develop essential skills such as financial responsibility, communication, conflict resolution, time management, accountability, healthy relationships, and problem-solving. These everyday experiences help prepare each man to confidently navigate life in recovery and maintain long-term independence.
Accountability & Mentorship
No one succeeds alone. Our residents are surrounded by mentors who lead by example, provide wise counsel, and hold them accountable to the goals they have set for themselves. By fostering honest relationships built on trust, respect, and encouragement, we help each man grow into a person of integrity, responsibility, and lasting purpose.

The goal of Flight School is not simply to help men stop using substances. The goal is to help men become the person they were created to be.
